Ingredients

1 Chicken Breast
1/4 cup Garlic Cloves, smashed
3/4 teaspoon Palm Sugar
3/4 teaspoon ground White Pepper
1 3/4 tablespoons Fish Sauce
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
3 tablespoons Water
1 teaspoon Cilantro Leaves

Preparation

Rinse and cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Smash the garlic lightly with the side of a knife.

Heat the oil in a pan until very hot. Add the garlic.

When garlic is lightly browned, add the chicken. Stir until the chicken is cooked. If the chicken keeps getting dry and sticky, add some water (1-2 tablespoon at a time) to keep it moist.

Add the palm sugar, fish sauce and pepper. Add a little bit of water to ensure proper mixture of the ingredients.

Once the ingredients have mixed, spoon onto plates or serve on rice. Garnish with cilantro.
